Shipping policy

We offer shipping across **West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)** and **East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)**.

1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within **1–2 business days** (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends & public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- West Malaysia: Flat rate **RM8–RM15** | **2–4 business days** (J&T, Pos Malaysia)
- East Malaysia: Flat rate **RM15–RM25** | **5–10 business days** (Pos Malaysia, DHL)
- Free shipping: Orders over **RM200** (West Malaysia only)

3. Shipping Carriers
- West Malaysia: J&T Express, Pos Malaysia
- East Malaysia: Pos Malaysia, DHL eCommerce
- Tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

4. Customs & Duties (for imports)
- Goods valued **below RM1,000** are duty-free (2025 Malaysia regulation).
- Orders above RM1,000 may be subject to SST (5–10%) and customs duties, payable by the buyer.

5. Shipping Restrictions
- No PO boxes or army addresses.
- We do not ship to restricted areas per Malaysian customs rules.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Contact us within **7 days** of delivery for claims.
- We will resend or refund if confirmed lost/damaged (with photo proof).
